At CozyFlip™, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may return an item, request a refund, or request a replacement. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from cozyflip.store.
This policy is written to be transparent, accurate, and compliant with Google Merchant Center requirements. We do not use misleading guarantees or unclear conditions.
Return eligibility
You may request a return or refund if all the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with original packaging, tags (if applicable), and accessories.
- You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration.
- Returns requested after the 30-day window.
How to initiate a return
To start a return or refund request, please contact our support team before sending any item back:

- Include: order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: CozyFlip will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Change of mind or incorrect order by customer: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. CozyFlip is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size, color, or model, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement once the issue is verified.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. After review, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement item
- Full or partial refund
- Store credit (only if you agree)
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Non-returnable situations
- Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason.
